There was a recent Google Play Store update that has caused in-app renewals and purchases to not update our Informant Sync database and therefore is causing the app to remain locked. We have figured out what is causing the issue and are currently in beta testing to ensure that these code changes will not affect users of the app in other ways. Pending no major issues we will be releasing this fix on November 15th, 2021 and there should no longer be any issues with purchases not unlocking the app. Until then, you can sign up as a beta tester by going to the Informant app in the Play Store and click "Join Beta".
