Pocket Informant for iOS supports the use of a call back URL, here is how that works. This is for calling back another application.

For example if you created a note in an application like Bear you would get a call back url provided by that application.

You can then create an event or task in Informant that will open the other application. 

To do this open the event or task editor in Informant and copy the x-callback-URL link into the URL field.

There it will be an active link that you can tap on to open the originating application.
