Informant records/folders do not sync to Outlook

·       IIn the Informant app, check the settings for the record or folder and verify it is set to the Informant Cloud sync account.

·       IIn Informant Sync for Outlook, verify the correct sync direction is selected.

Outlook records/folders do not sync to Informant

·       IIn Informant Sync for Outlook, verify that the correct Outlook folder is selected.

·       IIn Informant Sync for Outlook, verify the correct sync direction is selected.
