If the Informant application seems to be hanging or starting slowly please go into the Informant task view and check the number of completed tasks.
If the number of completed tasks exceeds 300-400 you can pull down the complete list and tap the option to delete the completed tasks.
Most commonly the slow start is caused by having the iOS Reminders on inside of Informant and having a majority of those in the completed group.
By removing the completed tasks the start up of Informant should be quicker.
