These are handled on a case by cases basis. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund please open a case to support with a detailed description of your concern and refund reason. Also please attach a screenshot or pdf copy of your proof of purchase.
If your purchase was made through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, those refunds will need to go through support in those application as Informant is a third party and unable to see any account information for either store.
