Data syncing into Informant is a confirmation that the mechanical side of the sync is working properly.
When data created in Informant does not sync from the application it is most likely caused by the data not being correctly assigned to the desired sync service.
Tasks/Notes will need to show the desired sync service selected in their sync to or save to field
Events will need to be a assigned to a calendar that is designated to sync the service you wish to choose.
An easy check to do with events is to check the calendar assignment of the events that are syncing into Informant, if that calendar does not match the calendar selection for the events that you are creating in Informant the cause is more than likely the event not being assigned to a calendar designated to sync to the desired sync account.
