1. Check your data and see if it is assigned to the iOS Calendar or iOS Reminders, if it is please see step 2A below.

2. Please go into the device settings, notifications, Informant and make sure that all notifications are set to be active.


2A. Go into the device settings, notifications and make sure that the notification are turned on for the stock calendar and reminders apps.
When using the iOS data, even though you are creating items in Informant items assigned to the iOS calendar or reminders can only fire their alarms from the devices own stock calendar and email applications.

3. Go into the Informant settings, advanced, database management and tap the reset alarms button.
