Desktop Informant automatically backs up your database daily.

You can make new backups, restore a backup,  share them, or delete them by going to the Backup Manager.

This can be found by going into the Informant Menu and selecting Preferences. Then select Advanced. This will bring up a window with a list of all saved backups.
